Motor vehicles are parked subject to accomodation being available and to the conditions that the Board, their servants or agents, accept no responsibility in respect of loss or misdelivery of or damage to the motor vehicle the contents thereof, or accessories thereto, or in respect of any injury to the occupants by whomsoever caused and whether or not occassioned by the negligency of the board, their servants or agents. Persons in charge of such vehicles will be subject to the boards bye-laws, regulations, conditions and notices and shall obey the direction of the board's officers or servants in regard to the parking or movement of such vehicles.
