Envelope addressed to Emery Walker and dated 31st July 1931, his Hammersmith address has been crossed out and Daneway House, by Cirencester, Glos. written instead. Found inserted in the book, Brown Works, by Thomas Brown, when acquired by the museum, shelf F4 . Part of the Emery Walker Library.

The main postmark is Hammersmith, W.6 dated 31 July 1931 On the rear is a second postmark indicating a forwarding date of 1st August 1931. Also on the rear of the envelope there is an insignia for:
