- DescriptionA monochrome print showing a top view of two human skulls from Belas Knap long barrow. At some stage mounted on cardboard and glazed. Photographed whilst in Cheltenham College Museum. The image compares a brachycephalic (round-headed) skull marked BI with a dolichocephalic (long-headed) example CI. The skulls are from the 1863-5 excavations by Winterbotham, Lawrence and Chamberlayne.
