Shallow dished basket, or mat of circular form, of coiled construction. Yellow base with red, blue and white circular designs which finish short of the rim. The rim is decorated with three equally-spaced zones of red, blue and white decoration. Described in register as made by natives of Gold Coast (Ghana), although it is Hausa style work.
