Advertising blotter for H. Selley, agents for Hercules, Sun & Dayton cycles, Mount Pleasant Cycle Works, 19 & 21 Fairview Road, Cheltenham, c 1910. Left hand panel contains a coloured illustration of an elderly man darning a sock with the caption "Never Too Late to Mend". Produced by Bemrose-Cooke, Derby. Reverse is lined with pink blotting paper (unused).
