William De Morgan (designer), Charles Passenger (painter)

Tondino painted by Charles Passenger, and designed by William De Morgan with birds and fish in copper lustre with underglaze colours. Charles and his brother Fred were two of de Morgan’s most talented painters, and took over the company when de Morgan left in 1907.
