Shaft-hole adze made from a micaceous Felspathic sandstone, perforated in the centre and chipped on one edge. Found during wood-clearing near Half-moon Lodge, between Snowshill and Cutsdean, Gloucestershire, June 1943. Dated to Late Neolithic/Early Bronze Age.
