Chinese sword, 18th - 19th century, OAL 920mm. Blade: steel, L. 747mm, heavy single edged (blunt), slightly curved with narrow groove from 87mm below hilt to within 155mm of point. Hilt: steel, plain disc guard and oval pommel. Grip is wood bound with braided cord and reinforced at the guard with a steel ferrule. No scabbard.
