Fragment from a neolithic polished stone implement, possibly an axehead, made from an ungrouped dark grey stone, described as an ash, possibly from Wales. One edge cut straight from process of thin-sectioning. Found on the ploughed surface of the interior of Uleybury hillfort, Gloucestershire in 1977.
