Descripción
Copper alloy knife dating to the Bronze Age, said to have been 'Found in a quarry on Cleeve Hill, Gloucestershire, 1872'. A sinuous blade with a single cutting edge, the back of the knife is slightly expanded. Short spiked tang. The shape of this piece is similar to central European pieces, particularly from the Swiss Lake excavations, there must be some question as to the true provenance of the knife (JP).
