Dear Mr. Walker,
I am returning your Italian M. S. of Goselini.
My edition of his poems is [inserted is the 3rd and is] dated 1574 at Milan & I have compared it with your M. S. but I find none of the M. S. poems in the printed book. So that if they ever were printed it must have been in a later edition.
Many thanks for lending me the book & for returning the music I left at your house.
Yours sincerely
Louis T. [Rowe][i]
[Footnote:
[i] Google research has identified the author of this letter, whose surname in the original document is not easy to read, as Louis Thompson Rowe (1855 – 1927). He lived at 15 Hammersmith Terrace and was a noted bibliophile and musician. CAW]
