Dear Mr Walker
When you were here the other day you spoke of the Roxburgh Club & I have been thinking that I should be very glad to do something for them-
Do you think they would like to have part of an edition of Herrick Songs[i] that I have long wanted to do – I send you a prospectus that we sent out some time back – We got 30 promises of subscription but that was not enough to allow us to undertake it.
I wonder if you would be good enough to talk to the Secretary about it & show him the Ben Jonson I am sending with this.
Will you also keep the Ben Jonson for I would like you to have one of our books in your nice collection and this makes a very nice excuse for me to give it to you.
Yrs v.Sincerely
Lucien Pissaro[ii]
