Medieval floor tile, earthenware, inlaid design with orange glaze. Complete square tile consisting of two triangles showing chevron in circular panel within concentric circle. The Arms of Stafford. Probably dates to 1270-77. From Hailes Abbey, Gloucestershire; used and probably manufactured there. British Museum Eames catalogue no.1637.
