Medieval floor tile, earthenware, inlaid design with coloured glaze. Complete square tile showing three lions passant within a circle. The Arms of England. Probably dates to 1270-77. From Hailes Abbey, Gloucestershire; used and probably manufactured there. British Museum Eames catalogue no.1506.
