Coin, a silver penny of John, struck in the name of Henry II
The obverse shows a front facing crowned bust, holding a sceptre which protrudes into the inscription. The reverse shows a voided short cross with four pellets in each quarter. It was minted in Rochester, 1204-1216. This coin has been pierced.
