Axhead, a honey-coloured flint axe-head, from the bank of the gravel pit used by Horcott Sailing Club, Horcott, Fairford, Gloucestershire. The axe had been broken in antiquity and then re-chipped at the butt end. Much of the surviving surface is polished, including the broad and slightly fanned cutting edge,
