Please accept this little collection of ‘Local Papers’, for illustratn blocks of which I am, as always, indebted to you.
It is an old man’s collection of Papers that I think may be useful – snatched from burial in ‘Proceedings’ – or that I have written from Topographical urge – Anyhow, I have hereby saved my executors from some bothers - & that is a thing to be considered as years multiply. I am yrs Ever
