Cup and cover of hammered and chased silver with engraved decoration designed by George Hart and made by him and Harry Warmington. The engraving shows the coat of arms for Cheltenham, but it is unkown when this was added, as a card from the museum in 1939 shows the piece without the engraving. It may have been originally intended as a piece of Borough plate.
