Glass goblet deisgned by Harry Powell and made by James Powell & Sons, Whitefriars, London, about 1895. Blue streaked bowl with gold inclusions, twisted green stem and clear foot. The goblet is an experimental piece, one of a number produced with pieces of gold, platinum or mica included into coloured glass. Despite its fragile appearance, this experimental design was intended to be used.
