Poker made of forged metal by Thornton and Downer, Chipping Campden. Thornton and Dowler joined the Guild of Handicraft in London and loved to Chipping Campden in 1902. They stayed on, and after World War I they made small domestic items which they sold directly through the workshop and through Russell and Sons Lygon range.
