Dear Mr. Walker ,
I wonder whether you could help me to get one of those small old fashioned printing presses which were made with movable types in a box, & were screwed down with a handle – not much more than a toy but capable of being used to print put [two illegible crossings out] writing in type, a page or two at a time. I have got a number of odds and ends of verse it wd. amuse me to set up with my own hands. I remember seeing such things when I was a boy – Perhaps you know where I shd. go for one.
With apologies for troubling you I am yrs very truly,
Wilfrid Scawen Blunt[i]
Wd. it amuse you to come down here for a Sunday (week end) one day before the summer is over with Miss Walker? You will have mourned with us all Miss Cockerell’s death. I believe the French garden is to be kept on by one of the pupils –
