Inside the cover is information about the Cheltenham Housing Aid Centre , soliciting donations and a personal endorsement from the M.P. Opposite is a greeting from Martin Horwood and a facsimile signature, together with his contact details and written in manuscript the year 2008. On the reverse are printed details of the local Liberal Democrat team and other useful telephone numbers. The object is printed on recycled card.
