Handbill entitled 'The Bible and Tradition'. Handbill quotes from Bennett's Lecture Sermons, Serm iv, 81 in which Rev W.J.E. Bennett states that the doctrine of the Trinity is not to be found in the bible and is only known to us by tradition. Handbill argues against him, quoting 1 John 5 v 7. Undated. Sermon quoted in 'Record' neswpaper, July 6th 1851/2 (?).
