English Officer's Dress Sabre in Mameluke/Shamshir style, circa 1860, OAL 914mm. Blade: steel, L. 773mm, lightly curved, single edged to within 217mm of the point then double edged (blunt). Heavily etched on both sides from hilt to within 217mm of the point.
