A political flyer, printed in black ink on white paper, with an illustration of (fictional) South Wales miners discussing whether to visit "Cheltenham The Garden Town of England" on a railway excursion. Apparently relates to the contest for the Cheltenham Central Ward seat in the council elections of 1894. Mr Walter W. Burrows (Con), a local dentist, opposed Alderman W. Skillicorne (Lib) but was defeated..
