Painted and stippled glass, entiltled 'Taffy was a Welshman' designed and made by Paul Woodroffe. The design relates to the nursery rhyme of the same name. Woodroffe made a number of similar panels, relating to unpublished illustrations for a children's book around 1915, but this design does not appear to have been popular.
